As user centred design lead, Alistair manages the implementation of user research, interaction (UX) design, usability testing, interactive prototyping and service design within PDR’s commercial activity alongside other senior staff. This work encompasses medical devices, consumer goods and services for public and private sector.
Alongside this, Alistair is undertaking Doctorate study, exploring the current state of the art in service prototyping and understanding how practice can be moved forward when looking at other prototyping principles applied across other design disciplines.
